Description
Sathi 6-Inch Magnetising Coil Jig is a coil fixture for magnetising compatible components with a suitable magnet charging machine. The catalogue lists a 6-inch coil size, customisable coil wire and yellow colour.
The stated LHW dimensions are 24/24/10, without a unit. Listed weight is 35 kg. The supplier also describes “coil raw” as customisable; confirm what this includes when specifying the jig.
Before ordering, confirm usable opening dimensions, workpiece geometry, magnet material, coil winding specification and compatibility with your magnetiser. The listed coil size alone does not confirm that a particular motor or rotor will fit.
